McCain Balks on Syria Resolution Absent More Support for Rebels

Republican Senator John McCain of Arizona plans to oppose a draft Senate resolution, as a Senate panel today may provide the first test of congressional support for President Barack Obama's request for authority to conduct a military strike against Syria.
