Talk of taxes, water, education dominates forum

As it became obvious that most of the audience at Tuesday's League of Women Voters forum shared his Democratic colleagues' fears about Gov. Sam Brownback's quest to eliminate income tax in Kansas, Rep. Shanti Gandhi, R-Topeka, stood his ground, saying he was "not here to tell you what you want to hear."
