Two Dead After Mile-Long Mudslide Smashes Into House, Pushes It Across Road

The two people were killed after the mile-long mudslide carried an occupied house across a rural road north of Seattle just before 11 a.m. Saturday, Snohomish County sheriff's spokeswoman Bronlea Mishler said.
