Reports: McAuliffe considering acting unilaterally on Virginia Medicaid expansion

Gov. Terry McAuliffe has been in a statement with the Virginia General Assembly for months over one of his top priorities for the state: covering up to 400,000 uninsured Virginians with Medicaid expansion under Obamacare.
