Senate passes water bill, puts Savannah harbor deepening in motion

The U.S. Senate passed the federal Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014, Thursday and sent it to President Barack Obama for his signature, the final action needed for work to begin on the Savannah Harbor Expansion Project.
