Reviewing the Common Core conundrum

Gov. Bobby Jindal's notice Wednesday to two national organizations to drop Louisiana from Common Core State Standards accomplished nothing and his maneuvering to kill the CCSS-related test is being challenged by the state Department of Education and the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
