After 10 years as an Ottawa County commissioner and a local political career that spans more than 30 years, Don Disselkoen finds he is working as hard as ever to win election this year. "We are taking this very seriously," said Disselkoen, R-Holland, one of only two Ottawa commissioners who are facing Democratic opponents in the Nov. 4 election.
