Ruth Ann Dailey: Ferguson, immigration and disrespect for rule of law

Just as the nation braces for widespread protests if a St. Louis grand jury declines to indict Officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of Michael Brown, President Barack Obama signs executive orders to singlehandedly reshape the country's immigration policy. If it's merely coincidence that the immigration conflict in Washington, D.C., and the racial conflict centered in Ferguson Mo., should intersect within days, the issues and attitudes they have in common certainly make for odd timing.
