Hundreds of protesters ignored the call of New York Mayor Bill de Blasio to suspend demonstrations Tuesday night and marched through Manhattan's streets, where they have been protesting police killings of black men. De Blasio had urged them to wait until after the funerals of two New York police officers killed over the weekend in Brooklyn by a gunman as they sat in their squad car.
