U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis will provide the year's first weekly Republican address to radio and television stations nationally. It's also the first time the Taylorville Republican, whose 13th District includes Champaign-Urbana, has been selected to provide the GOP address that is usually paired with President Barack Obama's weekly address.
