Vice President Joe Biden will receive the second Warren B. Rudman Award for Distinguished Public Service on Wednesday when he visits the University of New Hampshire School of Law in Concord. Biden will receive the award at the Warren B. Rudman Center, at 2 White St. in Concord, according to officials at the University of New Hampshire.
