William 'Dock' Walls runs and runs and runs to represent 'interests of average people'

In the middle of his third run for mayor of Chicago, William "Dock" Walls III tells a story of how he played cornerback for the Public League football champions Chicago Vocational High School in 1974. His team was outweighed by an average of 30 pounds per man per game according to Walls.
