Brown: Netanyahu address shouldn't happen

While in town to discuss extending funding for the Children's Health Insurance Program, Sen. Sherrod Brown said he will attend Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's address to a joint session of Congress tomorrow, but he doesn't think the address should happen. "Speaker Boehner violated a long-time tradition in this country where elected officials in the middle of their election seasons from other countries normally do not speak to a joint session of Congress," Brown said.
