Capitol Report: Rubio to unveil tax plan with Lee as decision on White House run looms

Sen. Marco Rubio is preparing to unveil a tax-reform plan with fellow Republican Sen. Mike Lee this week, as Rubio is reportedly in the final stages of planning the launch of a bid for the White House in 2016. Rubio, of Florida, outlined over the weekend the tax plan he intends to introduce this week with Utah's Lee.
