Gillibrand and Hochul team up to institute new campus rape policies

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul have teamed up to discuss the importance of campus sexual assault, and they have not wasted time or effort in effecting change. Today they held a roundtable at SUNY at Buffalo to discuss new tactics and strategies.
