Gov. Dayton wants an explanation from CEO for Target's job cuts

'This could have and should have been handled differently," Gov. Mark Dayton told reporters of Target's plan to cut thousands of corporate jobs. Gov. Mark Dayton 's great grandfather started the company now known as Target Corp. , and apparently, Dayton doesn't like the way the new company leader is handling business.
