Brownback guns permit-free: Concealed carry in Kansas exempts training on guns

The Kansas State Senate approved a new bill Wednesday that would allow people to carry concealed weapons without a permit and without having to take safety training classes. Gov. Sam Brownback signed a permit-free bill on concealed carry of guns.
