"I intend to run for re-election as mayor of New York City, that's the only thing I'm running for." Mayor Bill de Blasio hosted a bunch of progressive leaders at Gracie Mansion on Thursday, in the hopes that they'd be able to think up a liberal, income-inequality-focused version of Newt Gingrich's "Contract for America" before the 2016 election.
