A Des Moines Register reporter was in the women's bathroom at a Ted Cruz event in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, likely thinking she was safe from politics for a few minutes, forgetting that the primaries are less than a year away and that candidates have a "gotta catch 'em all" mentality when it comes to Iowa residents.
