Gov't News: NATO Appoints a New Leader and Mike Rogers Won't Run for Re-election

Mar. 28, 2014 - Jens Stoltenberg, the former prime minister of Norway, will succeed Anders Fogh Rasmussen as the secretary general of NATO on Oct. 1. Stoltenberg will also serve as chairman of the alliance's North Atlantic Council.
