Mr. Borlaug goes to Washington

Far from the fields and laboratories where Norman Borlaug worked much of his life, hundreds gathered in the U.S. Capitol on Tuesday to unveil a statue honoring the plant geneticist credited with saving more than a billion people around the world from starvation.
