Region 9 receives Federal EDA award

U.S. Sens. Jay Rockefeller and Joe Manchin, both D-W.Va., recently announced that the U.S. Economic Development Administration is providing $70,000 to the Region 9 Planning and Development Council, which serves Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan counties and the municipalities located within those counties.
