In Georgia, 2 parties battle over minority votes

Republicans and Democrats in Georgia are in a fierce fight to inspire blacks and other minorities to cast ballots in this year's midterm elections, with several statewide offices and control of the Senate at stake. Democrats are targeting almost 870,000 black, Asian and Latino voters who are eligible to vote but don't.
