A number of potential 2016 candidates edged closer to the presidential race on Sunday without actually jumping in, with some saying they'll wait until next month to decide. In separate television interviews, Republicans John Kasich, the governor of Ohio, and Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina said they are considering running, as did Democrats Jim Webb, a former Virginia senator and Martin O'Malley, the former governor of Maryland.
