A Vietnam veteran and the family of a World War II veteran who died in 2007 were presented with overdue military medals in a ceremony in Cincinnati. Vietnam veteran Ernest Stevenson received the Purple Heart and five other medals in the Friday ceremony at Cincinnati City Hall.
