Jim Traficant, former Congressman with populist appeal, dies at 73

Former Congressmen Jim Traficant, known for his irreverence and populist appeal, has died as a result of injuries from a tractor accident in Greenford Tuesday. Traficant was driving a tractor on his daughter's farm when it flipped on top of him, Hanni told the Northeast Ohio Media Group Friday.
