U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham first floated the idea that he might run for president in 2016 a month ago, and he recently got encouragement from a likely place: his close friend and political ally Sen. John McCain. "I think he is looking at it, and I am strongly encouraging him to take a look at it," McCain, an Arizona Republican, told ABC News last week.
