We must solve Erie's looming fiscal woes: John Evans

Erie County Executive Kathy Dahlkemper recently proposed a 7 percent increase in property taxes. That proposal was subsequently replaced by the idea of reducing the county's reserve funds to meet expenses instead of raising taxes.
