Everyone will play in Iowa

Amy Walter of the Cook Political Report posits that in Iowa, since "establishment folks" like Jeb Bush, Mitt Romney or Chris Christie cannot "out-Evangelical or out-conservative Ted Cruz, Rick Perry, Mike Huckabee, Ben Carson or Rick Santorum," they might skip the caucuses. She argues: "In fact, the pressure is going to be much [more] significant for Huckabee or Santorum to do well here than for Christie or Bush.
