Woman charged under new Colorado law in mom attack

Prosecutors say a Colorado woman accused of removing a baby from an expectant mother's belly will not face murder charges, but they have not explained the decision or disclosed what charges she will face. A Colorado woman accused of cutting an unborn baby from a pregnant woman has been charged with attempted murder, assault and unlawful termination of a pregnancy.
