'Todd Gurley bill' overwhelmingly passed by Georgia Senate

The Georgia State Senate took a big step Tuesday toward cracking down on autograph hounds, overwhelmingly passing a bill that would make it a crime to bribe or entice student athletes to break NCAA rules by taking money. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution , the bill -- which has been called the "Todd Gurley bill," after the former Georgia star who is one of the top running backs in this year's draft -- passed by a 48-4 vote.
