Overnight Energy: Judges leery of challenge to Epa climate rule

NOT QUITE YET: Coal companies and states challenging the Obama administration's climate rule for power plants might have to wait out federal officials' rulemaking process. Two of the three federal judges hearing the case today were very skeptical of the challenge by West Virginia, Murray Energy Corp. and other states and energy companies, since a court has never overturned a proposed rule before.
