Both Republican candidates for the Louisiana US Senate seat, Congressman Dr. Bill Cassidy and Lt. Rob Maness , stated during the recent debates, on campaign stump speeches, commercials and just about every place they can find an audience, that they will repeal Obamacare and replace it with a new healthcare system.
