Americans are in for a rough ride with the Republican-led Congress

United Steelworkers president Leo Gerard said prior to the midterm elections that this election was about survival: survival of Social Security, survival of Medicare and survival of the labor movement. He hit the nail right on the head, but apparently the two groups who will be hurt the most didn't care or voted against themselves.
