A legendary politician and a legendary musician are among the recipients of the highest civilian honor awarded in the U.S. President Obama gave the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Congressman John Dingell and Motown legend Stevie Wonder Monday. The 87-year-old Dingell, a Dearborn Democrat, is retiring after the current session of Congress after 59 years in office.
