Former governor to lead student loan group's 50th

Former Gov. Phil Hoff is going to serve as the honorary chairman of the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation's 50th Anniversary Council. VSAC was created by the Legislature during Hoff's tenure as governor in 1965 to help Vermonters plan and pay for college.
