Tulsi Gabbard calls on Finance Minister Arun Jaitley

United States Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, who is on a 15-day visit to India, met Union Minister of Finance Arun Jaitley here on Friday. Gabbard had earlier called on Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel and discussed women empowerment and the 'Swacch Bharat' mission with her.
