Oshkosh Police say a 19-year-old suspect is in custody on charges of robbery, battery and illegal carrying of a concealed weapon following two incidents last week. The man was arrested Sunday after police say he attacked another man at about 9:15 p.m. Sunday night in the 800 block of McKinley Street.
