Wagner won't run for NRCC chair

Missouri Rep. Ann Wagner, a prolific Republican fundraiser, has taken herself out of contention for the chairmanship of the National Republican Congressional Committee. Several House Republicans have been discussing the possibility that Wagner, the ambassador to Luxembourg under George W. Bush, might run if NRCC Chairman Greg Walden decides to forgo another term.
